As Chief Operations Officer of Tiber Creek Associates of Capitol Hill, Inc., Tom Boesen oversees daily operations, directs staff and develops systems to maximize efficiency as well as advising clients on how to improve their own systems and operations

Tom began his professional career in the financial industry, with responsibilities ranging from selling investments to commercial lending.  Tom subsequently spent twelve years in the commercial aerospace industry with Honeywell Aerospace, with roles including business and financial analysis, strategic marketing, and program management.  During his tenure with Honeywell, Tom led the development of their commercial aerospace catalog, with associated revenues in excess of $1 billion worldwide.  Tom was also a leader in the development of Honeywell’s 5-year strategic plan.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Business Administration from the Arizona State University.

Tom served as Chairman of the Valley of the Sun United Way Funds Distribution Committee for several years.  He also worked part time for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program.

Tom lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
